Shipping policy

Nothing ships. Everything we sell is a digital download.

LIMITLESS and LIMITLESS SWARM are delivered electronically. No physical item will be mailed to you, no shipping fees apply, and no shipping address is required beyond what your payment provider needs to process the order.

How your order is delivered

  • Once your payment is confirmed, your download is made available on the order confirmation page and a download link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout.
  • Delivery is normally instant. Please allow up to a few minutes for the email to arrive, and check your spam, junk or promotions folders.
  • Save the files somewhere safe after downloading. Download links are intended for the purchaser's own use and may stop working after a period of time or a number of downloads.

What you receive

  • LIMITLESS: the LIMITLESS file (CLAUDE.md) together with the bonus documents listed on the product page.
  • LIMITLESS SWARM: the limitless-swarm folder containing the installer, the LIMITLESS file and the bonus documents, as described on the product page.

You get exactly what is listed on the product page at the time of purchase. Nothing is installed on your device by us; you run the files yourself.

Future versions

When a new version of a product you have purchased is released, we will send it to the email address on your order at no additional charge. Keep that address current by contacting us if it changes.

Didn't receive your download?

  1. Check your spam, junk and promotions folders, and search your inbox for your order number.
  2. Confirm that the email address you entered at checkout was correct.
  3. If you still have nothing after 24 hours, email shoplimitlessai@gmail.com with your order number and we will re-send your download.
